RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We do not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Customers can request a prepaid shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund once the returned item is received.
To request a prepaid label, please email info@celesteatelier.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our returns department will respond within 2 business days with the shipping cost details.
Customers may use their own shipping methods for returns. For protection, we recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, or insured parcel post. We also advise customers to obtain a tracking number from their chosen shipper.
If UPS attempts delivery three times without success, or if the package is refused, a $13.00 refusal fee plus the actual shipping costs (both to and from the customer) will be charged. Note: our “actual shipping costs” differ from the $4.95 charge for orders under $49.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
Furniture items are subject to a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Some items are considered special order and are not returnable. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
Returned merchandise must be new (unused) and in its original packaging with all materials, manuals, and registration cards. We will not accept items that are dirty, washed, or used.
Please include your order/invoice number or a copy of your email confirmation with your return, along with a note explaining the reason for the return.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for certain product categories including feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions, powders, diapering products, potty seats, video/audio tapes, mattresses, pillow covers, and undergarments.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to approval by our quality control division.
For customers planning to forward their orders internationally, please note that we do not ship internationally and are not responsible for items once they are shipped overseas from their forwarding destination in the US.
Please be aware that return processing and the issuance of refunds or store credits may take 10 – 14 business days.
